Well hello one and all!
Today's post doesn't really have a purpose, ish. I'll pop in some vintagey ness for you all, as well as some Potterness, of course.
So, tomorrow, the Pottermore House Cup is awarded I still have hope for Ravenclaw though!! (If you want, add me - SilverUnicorn111) I re-read Deathly Hallows, and I've remembered how good it is! Love it!
Oh, and I also re-read Breaking Dawn. Hmmmmmmmmm. I like the start of the Bella Vampire bit. Not sure about the rest, though it is a good book. I haven't seen Breaking Dawn Part 2 yet - well, actually, I haven't seen Part 1 yet! I'll get around to it ........ some time ...... I think. Comment if you've seen it and how you liked it (If you did!)
Oh, and I have discovered a new charity shop with lovely clothes! I haven't been there yet, but apparently it's lovely ..........

London Trip!
So, as I'm writing this, I'm dancing on a bus to a bit of Fat Boy Slim with my crazy friend Maia, going to London to see Blood Brothers! I can't wait!
Anyhoo, this is before I have seen it! I'll finish this post when I have seen Blood Brothers .......

Oh my gosh. Just ........ oh my gosh. I cried so, so much. The plot, and the ending, it was just amazing, I really, really enjoyed it even though it was so sad. It had a lot of funny bits too. Seriously, I would recommend it to everyone.

Warning: Vintage obsession
Hello one and all. Today - first Vintage post!
Now, I would love to dress in vintage every day, but because of most Vintage price tags, that it impossible. A lot of vintage shops are really expensive. However, I do have a solution to this problem!
I have found that you can get lots of lovely Vintage style prices cheaply from high street shops! A while back, I bought an absolutely gorgeous 1940's style dress from a high street shop for £6.00! I have also bought other lovely items from shops as well! If you look, there are some amazing things you can find!
And that leads me on to charity shops! I have found lovely vintage style things in some charity shops, including a really nice white embroidered shirt! And it helps charity at the same time! Great!
Also, eBay. There are lovely vintage style things on there!
So my solution - wearing high street vintage and other bits and pieces you find, you can make an outfit look vintage for less!
So, first Vintage fashion post done! Good bye for now!

Awesome Web Chat
Hello one and all! Today I got very excited, owing to the fact that J.K Rowling was doing a live web chat!!
A friend and I dressed up in our full Hogwarts Uniform ( even though no one could see us ) and watched the web chat! J.K answered questions from schools ( mostly American ), talked about the books and read out a bit of Philosopher's Stone! It was the part when Harry buys his wand from Mr Ollivander, and Ollivander says "Curious......" I love that bit, and it was amazing to listen to her read it!
And the answer to the question everyone wants to know ..........
J.K does have a Pottermore account, although she is not telling her name, and she was Sorted into ....... Gryffindor!!! ( Sad face. I had hoped that she was a Ravenclaw )
So, that was my awesome day today! Thanks for reading!

First Blog
Well hello there to anyone reading this post! Hope you all ok!
Anyhoo, this is my first post on The Vintage Ravenclaw. As you can probably guess from the title, I am a massive Harry Potter fan, a Ravenclaw and a vintage fashion lover.
So, in this blog I will be posting random ramblings, awesome vintage fashion stuff and any Harry Potter news or random things I can find.
